Cloud Voice Express portal is a SaaS web base application that provides VOIP phones service for to BT customers. The app allows users to take their phone line anywhere.
I worked on all the UI and took over UX for the project.

The first task was to understand what the business wants and any specific requirements they must have. Then based on the information gathered and tech feasibility, map out and design a service structure that fits every criteria.

With the underlying structure of the system mapped out. We set off designing the UX flow and UI for the portal, using Axure to prototype the conditional logic and errors.
